Is it possible to know on average how many people play PB or MM during a draw? There is alot of % out there. 70% play the lottery every year. Or 1 in 8 people play the lottery. Yes one can estimate the number of tickets sold, the multipliers can throw that number off. Are you having issues with getting your tickets cashed? Lottery employees on this site please tell Tennessee Lottery CEO that it is getting harder to cash tickets in the store. They don't keep enough cash on hand. Please partner up with a bank or create your own cash ticket payout system (ATM). We shouldn't have to go all the way to Nashville to cash multiple $500 tickets. This is a company making billions of dollars and people can't cash their tickets. My number for today 722!

I am intrigued about these lottery courier services. Who uses them? The only other time I have heard of them was when an Iraqi citizen used one and won an Oregon lottery. Based on this article, could someone use one of this services if they wanted to purchase tickets in a state where one is allowed to be anonymous?
