A lawyer representing three people who sued their co-workers seeking a share of their $315 million lottery win was ordered Tuesday to pay a nearly $382,000 fine. Orange County Judge Michael Brenner ordered attorney Mark H. Williams to pay the seven lottery winners after determining he pursued the lawsuits knowing the allegations lacked merit. Where do you guys come up with the 35% Federal Tax rate
I am under the impression that if somone won a large amount of money, the tax rate would be 25% - 28% for federal taxes. I am basing this info from the info from the irs website. Why does people on the board reference the rate at 35%? I am aware that they take 25% off the top but where does the additional 10% come from? Total Combination List Using Excel?
Fellow Forum Members, I have figured out on my own how to use the combin function so that I can get the total number of combinations possible when picking 3 numbers out of a pool of 20 numbers. By using the function =COMBIN(20,3) I'm able to determine that a total of 1,140 combinations is possible. What I'm not able to figure out is how to get EXCEL to generate the actual numbers for all of the 1,140 combinations as a list in a single column with hyphens in between the numbers. Can anyone out
