Record Powerball jackpot won by 1 ticket
I'm not speaking of the lottery being rigged in the same way as was done in Pennsylvania. It's certainly not rigged each and every week for one specific person to win. It is however rigged so that the prize money is distributed evenly in all regions. It is rigged to make sure that any one single person does not win multiples of the same prize level from the same drawing.
You may have won multiple prizes over a period of time by correctly matching 4 of 6 numbers. Have you ever won multiples of

Tennessee to add Hot Lotto multi-state lottery game
Game will also see changes to number pool and prizes
By Todd Northrop
Starting Sunday, Tennessee Lottery players will be able to purchase tickets for Hot Lotto, a multi-state game currently played in 14 states and Washington, D.C.
Hot Lotto is a multi-state drawing-style game similar to Powerball and Mega Millions. The all-cash jackpots begin at $1 million and average between $5 million and $6 million.
Tickets cost $1 each, and a Sizzler option that triples all non-jackpot prizes cos

Check this razzyberry......
Every draw on Midday has contained a digit 3,,,or 4 and it has happened for 9 days in a row. Normally 2 digits don't keep hitting like that one after the other ....for day after day.
Why? Because of the 2 digit Frog Group that's any two digits playing leap frog for several days in a row.
A 2 digit group is almost HALF the 1000 chart...... Head//Tails...... UP/Down .... 50/50 HOT/Cold
It's actually 488 of the 1000 chart......almost Half. I won't

Found best distribution Pick 6 - 7 ticket wheel
Hi I have not posted for some time but thought I would share a little more of my findings relating to wheels.
I wrote custom software a few years back to basically crunch through all possible combinations of draws finding all wheels.
I now have over 1.4GB of wheels and growing.
Recently I wrote another application to start cataloguing and categorizing this massive amount of data.
It completed the lower number ticket wheels fairly fast but has slowed right down now.
Every wheel is

CA first PB analysis
This should come as no surprise. Most lotto/draw games are designed to payback only 50% to the public in prizes. In the case of multi-state jackpot games, the public is expanded beyond the state to include other member states. For Powerball, the non-jackpot percentage returned to Cali is 18% which is the same as Mega Millions. Only reason it was less was that 2nd prize 5+0 rolled, so when next it hits, it will make up for that. And if a Cali wins next PB jackpot, it would exceed 100% returned as

UK shopkeeper guilty of lottery fraud
A shopkeeper from Gravesend, a town in northwest Kent, England, has been found guilty of trying to con a lottery syndicate [pool] out of nearly 80,000 (US$120,000) in winnings.
Imran Pervais, 26, misled the winning group into thinking they had won 10 when in fact they had scooped 79,887 after matching five balls and the bonus ball.
He was convicted by a jury at Maidstone crown court of fraud by false representation following a two-day trial and he will be sentenced at a later date.

Sequential difference for P3,P4, P5, Lotto: 5/31-5/34
convert seq. difference into on string and see what happens. The draw sets are subset of a larger set, so be sectional in picks. I call the string smaller pools in moments. Let's convert the pairs into string using the Ga data below

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Your flaw, specifically Ronnies, was in using words like undeniable in referencing better odds.

Millions in lottery winnings go unclaimed each year
It is hard for some to believe, but even as some Americans dream of hitting it big in the Lotto, Powerball, and Mega Millions jackpots, for some it might have happened and whizzed by unnoticed.
Happens all the time, says Illinois Lottery chief Michael Jones. People misinterpret whether they won or lost. People misplace tickets all the time.
Jones said the lottery estimates about one percent of all lottery prizes go unclaimed. And, considering the Illinois games raked in about $3 billion

Psychic quits job after winning the lottery
One of the United Kingdom's best-known psychics has packed away her crystal ball after winning a lotto jackpot.
Beti Schulz, 71, landed 2.2 million (US$3.5 million) when her numbers came up in the UK National Lottery.
Now, the clairvoyant has decided to retire after spending almost 40 years predicting the future.
A pal said, Beti had a lot of fans and they are very disappointed that she is calling it a day. But they are also delighted for her because she has been so good to them.
