WHO'S AFRAID OF ONLINE GAMBLING?
Published July 23, 2006
In the last few decades, legal gambling has gone from being the exception to being the norm. Once upon a time, you had to look hard and travel far to find it. Nowadays, if you chance to venture out the front door, odds are good it will find you.
It's available through lotteries, casinos and racetracks across the country. It's allowed in some form in every state

Sharing Winning Lottery System........
Hi ya doing Coin Toss. Yes its true that there is no system that will produce a winner
everytime, but only if you have used the same sytem to do all kinds of gambling. You
would have to tweak the system to suit the game, and then one could come up with
a system that will hit everytime. If the concept or theory is outside of one's paradigm
to concieve of it, then yes it cannot be done.
Now with Pick 3/4 you can win everytime...EVERYTIME Again, within a relatively

Tools for WN History Filter Brief Recommendations
The WN History Filter is a tool for finding a set of tickets that includes the Jackpot winning one. The heart of the matter is to use the correct tools (lower and upper ranges) in a correct way to determine at most 11 different intervals for the next expected sum values. When the intervals are set correctly you should obtain reasonably small set of tickets out of the entire wheel of all possible combinations.

Arizona man proposes lottery to increase voter turnout
Cast a vote, win a million.
If an Arizona man has his way, every person who votes in his state will automatically have his or her name entered in a in draw to win $1 million. Mark Osterloh, an Arizona physician and attorney, is proposing a state law that would act as an incentive to increase voter turnout.
The long-time advocate of electoral policy reform says the idea is a variation on a highly successful law in Australia, under which citizens who fail to vote are fined.

Man charged with forging lottery ticket claims it was a joke
A Pennsylvania man charged with forging a winning lottery ticket in October was only playing a joke on a coworker, his defense attorney said today.
That joke, attorney Stephen Ellwood said, was merely that (James A. Koons Jr.) wanted someone to find it and think it was real.
And that someone Brian Scott Miller, 34, of Pheasant Drive South in North Middleton Township now faces charges after he allegedly found the ticket at the Middlesex Township trucking firm where he worked and tried

Lessons Learned: Lottery winners should never eat their seed corn
You surely have fantasized about what you'd do after winning one of the big lotteries.
First, of course, on your buy list would be a hot, red convertible. Then, when spring arrives, you and a significant other could drive the convertible to Winter Park in the Denver area, to shop for a log second home in the $400,000 price range.
With that mission accomplished, you might return to Nebraska and pay off the mortgage of every family member.
Finally, you'd schedule a friends-and-family Cari

80-year-old claims a piece of Calif. lottery jackpot
Walter F. Tracey slept in until about 1 p.m. Sunday, then got a surprising jolt. The 80-year-old World War II Navy pilot checked the newspaper, and there it was in black and white: He had the winning numbers for the $100 million SuperLotto Plus jackpot.
About two hours later, when with the help of a cane he walked into J.P. Liquors in Los Altos, he learned he was one of three jackpot winners. He would receive $33.3 million, minus taxes, and the fortunes of his large family would change.
