Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I guess they would have liked paying 70% in taxes like back in 1980.
Since I'm not a moron, I'd love to have paid taxes in the 70% bracket. To do that I'd have needed taxable income of more than $215,400, which is equivalent to about 844k today. Also because I'm not a moron I know that I'd only have paid 70% on the taxable income in excess of that 844k (in today's dollars). Still, even if I'd had to pay 70% on all of that, I'd still have had the equivalent of 253k after taxes, plus whatever

three zones of a lottery
Your AI is reinventing the wheel for you, as the number frequency strategy, the very basic among strategies, has been generated, in variety of different forms, countless times before. It's as good as any other strategy but its success depends on how you are going to use it.
Mega Sena uses 60 numbers to select only 6 and the lowest prize comes with matching 4 out of 6.
As in every jackpot lottery you are going to play groups. The smallest group would be 6 numbers, the largest the whole

South Carolina woman says forgetful husband led to $500,000 lottery win
Fine, I'll do it myself!
By Kate Northrop
A South Carolina woman's winning story involves a $500,000 prize that may not have come her way were it not for her husband's simple mistake.
One South Carolina woman had to take matters into her own hands when her husband forgot to purchase some lottery tickets on her behalf, and the result was nothing short of magical.
The anonymous woman was on her way home when she stopped at 357 Redi Mart on Highway 357 in Lyman to pick up the lotte

Smaller lottery unexpectedly targeted by purchasing group prompts security discussions
Plans partially foiled by another winner
By Kate Northrop
The Montana Lottery is the latest state to propose rules that would prohibit bulk ticket purchases after an unknown entity bought hundreds of thousands of tickets to scoop a $1.6 million Montana Cash jackpot in May.
One by one, state lotteries across the nation have been taking proactive steps to curb the possibility of organized groups

Michigan man mistakenly purchases two lottery tickets, wins two $110,000 Fantasy 5 prizes
Congratulations that was a neat surprise.
He visited Lottery headquarters in Lansing recently to claim his prize, which he plans on using to buy a new truck and spoil his grandchildren. He'll save whatever is left over.
At 68 years, that's a good plan, got to spend some money and make memories while still strong.
I think maybe the winner should retire that set of numbers and come up with a new set, but again, who knows, lightning may strike twice at the same spot.

I am getting harassed by family over a $5,000 lottery win. :(
I would have sent her $500 in a check form as an anonymous donor
That's just a bit problematic if the $500 was supposed to be a loan and not a gift. If that or any gift revealing who you are isn't a problem you can just mail modest amounts in the form of a postal money order (in that US, at least; I don't know about other countries' options). If you win enough you can also hire a lawyer to handle the donation. That can also be a good idea for charitable donations, so the charity can't keep

Wyoming Lottery plans to begin accepting debit card purchases
Lottery working with retailers on rollout, timeline TBA
By Kate Northrop
The Wyoming Lottery announced that it is working through formal steps to begin allowing ticket purchases with debit cards.
Wyoming lottery players will be getting access to a new payment method, albeit with some delay before implementation.
Earlier this year, Wyoming legislature passed SF0024 during the 2026 budget session, which amends a law that states what payment methods are either allowed or prohibited.
