there is a process of elimination with this chart - i normally go one up and down and for the most part - two evens bring a odd and two odds bring a even.

me personally, i have lots of ways to eliminate certain numbers and you have to form your way of elimination. for instance, i like a 2 in michigan tonight - so i'll play some of the 2's in this workout etc.

i dont play all 48 - i go through a period of elimination based on several things - like, for instance, if i dont like a 5 - then i'll eliminate all numbers containing a five - any system you use will give you many numbers - you have to know how to eliminate. for some reason, the 123 and the 132 seem to work for the most part
