I voted It has helped me win but I've never won a jackpot using it. I base that on the frequency that I have won small prizes using it than my lottery playing friends do that don't have and use it. When people ask me if I think it works, I always say You'll probably see an increase in the number of small prizes that you win, but you're still going to need a lot of luck along with using software to win a jackpot. I agree but he is not an accident insurances or class action attorney, so other attorneys DO NOT take a percentage of your win. It is considered unethical as well per the rules of conduct. I am not sure why people continue to think this is how it works. He will either give you an estimated flat fee based on the estimated number of hours of work involved or an hourly rate.
