Windows 98 and Window ME: Getting the best possible experience
Windows 98 and Window ME are such old operating systems that Microsoft stopped all support and security patches for them years ago.
Nevertheless, there are still a good number of computers out there using one of those operating systems, usually because the computer is many years old, and because it still functions, its owner continues to use it.

Missouri: 7/1 - 7/31/2025
I didn't play.
But, I been talking about how 587 at one time, was the most hitting pick 3 for Missouri.
It's o.k.
I will catch a nice win.
I been on the phone with Security for Missouri lottery, I lost $17.00 in a vending machine, and the store would not refund my money, when they saw the machine malfunctioned, so, I had to call Molottery, now, I have to upload the pictures I took and the address to the store, and send it to a guy in security to get my funds back.

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
I've always believed that state lotteries truly want winners, especially big jackpot winners. What does rigging a draw do for the state?
I think there are two obvious reasons for the lotteries themselves to rig the game(s). One would be so that a few insiders could divert prize money to themselves. The other, and better, IMHO, reason would be to allow a jackpot to continue growing in order to boost sales.
The problem is that no matter how much the people running the lottery might apprec
