Study: Hoosier Lottery has worst financial decline in USA
I don't feel pity for states that decide to use computerized drawings when their revenues take a plunge. I wouldn't feel that I had a fair shot regardless of the odds if the game has computerized drawings.

Arkansas Lottery director hires core management staff
Hey Mike, I've seen some hints in some of the reports from Arkansas that they will be going with real ball drawings, but nothing concrete yet. I sure hope they don't try something like blaming the mess they created with these salaries for going with computerized draws. That would be a disaster. Unfortunately, after seeing how the Tennessee director suddenly switched over to computerized drawings, the days when we could trust them to do the right thing are over. We all need to be vigilant on t

Indiana lottery players still hunting year-old jackpot
With about only 22% of all COMBINATIONS at play during the most recent drawings, I'm not yet convinced that any wrong doing is occuring because mathematically, it is possible for this game to roll as many times as it has, whether it be a ball drawing or computerized drawing. The biggest Hoosier Lotto jackpot claimed was $42M, and this was BEFORE they switched to computerized drawings. That would mean the game went 84 draws without a winner.

Hoosier Lotto in a dry spell
I hate to predict this but, someday (your state or my state) will convert to computerized drawings. People will wise up and not play as much or at all. Some people will realize that not only the drawings are rigged but that they seem to have more money to spend without actually winning anything because they haven't been playing either or playing as much. If nj ever goes computerized I'd probably be tempted to go to other States or just play Mega/Powerball.

Proposal: New Component for Lottery Report Card
I totally agree. That's one of the big strikes against computerized drawings. It is impossible to show an actual computerized drawing take place, which is one of the reasons outlined in the Petition showing why computerized drawings are so bad.

My support for MUSL Hot Lotto has faded
I wished that all games get computerized except for CA SLP, MM, and PB. However, I don't like the computerized drawings manipulate and take advantage of everyone. Computerized drawings may mean that a jackpot winner will occur and less people playing it.

My support for MUSL Hot Lotto has faded
I'm not happy that Hot Lotto went to computerized drawings. Yesterday, I went to MUSL Hot Lotto video Archive of the draws, after 6/1/05, it never showed the video. The ball machines in Hot Lotto was fair enough for me to support the ball drawings, not computerized.

if your state switched would you play?
My vote is a definite no. I don't trust the computerized drawings because there would be more jackpot winners and less interest. I wished that CA had eliminated all the computerized drawings.

a reason to be concerned...computer draws
I don't think either of the multi-state games will go to computerized drawings because some States may be willing to tell their own citizens that RNG BS but they aren't dumb enough to believe it themselves. Besides, how would anyone explain having drawings to give away $300M plus jackpots need to be computerized to save few dollars.

Calif. lottery sales up 7 percent
I agree with you CASH Only on CA SLP being ball drawn. I wished that CA eliminated all of the computerized drawings on the rest of their lotto games. Eliminating computerized drawings makes sales better and each of the games would be more fair.
