Reflecting bad times, some lotteries hit losing streak
State lotteries are down on their luck as players cut back on games of chance.
From California, where sales for the past year are down 5%, to Florida, where sales slipped 7%, fewer people are gambling on scratch-off tickets and numbers games.
The economy probably has affected lottery sales the way it's affected all discretionary spending, says David Gale of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries.
About half of Americans buy lottery tickets, according to a 2008

Wheel Generator 1.5
Dear wheelers,
First I want to greet everyone here. Those who remember me and wonder what happened and the reason of my absence from the lottery scene... well I had the obligation of army service. Hopefully this will be over soon, in a couple of months, and I'll be back in action.
I have been thinking lately to bring into market my Wheel Generator program for the fans of wheeling, as a stand-alone utility. My will to release this magnificent program depends on the desire of those interest

tips to the cashier?
Several years ago I enjoyed an incredible run of luck while playing Ohio's Pick-4 game. I won $11,800 in three weeks, on three separate box hits.
The first time, I had ten tickets for a box double (2577, I think) which paid $4,000. My second hit came a week and a half later; I had five tickets on a no-match number, and won $1,000. Another week and a half went by, and I hit another double. That night, I spent only $30.00, playing two box numbers (2448 and 2488). I bought my tickets at t

Who would you....
Well you see I came to lottery post to see how other winners are handling their win. However as I looked over the pages I saw all these posts over and over again regarding people talking about how they would help out charity or others if they won putting so much focus on it in some cases..
So I decieded to hang here off and on when I wasn't busy for people like yourself who would just like to focus on winning then keep to themselves how they would help out the world if they have or did win.

Do you use RSS feeds?
I have posted about RSS feeds in the past, and haven't gotten much feedback, so I'm guessing there aren't many people utilizing them. Am I correct?
If you don't know what an RSS feed is, you can read about them here. (That link has been in the left menu for years, but I'm not sure too many people have investigated it.) Frankly, that info is a bit out of date at this point, so I'll need to update it when I get some time. However, it's probably still worth looking at if you never have.

If you found a....
I think that according to the law, you have to turn in money found.
However, I will keep my opinions to myself on this one, as not to self incriminate myself, if I do find a bag one day...LOL
I did this poll because of something I responded to in another thread.
