I tend to agree with almost everything you wrote, but there is one thing I'm not sure about. In Pennsylvania (a state that's held a Millionaire Raffle for maybe the last 20 consecutive years) something happened six or seven years ago that was caused by what some called Raffle Fatigue on the part of players. I have my doubts that 2 million tickets can be sold considering the time of year The Florida Lottery is running what they're calling 'a promotion'. The Lottery hasn't updated the weekly Raffle sales data yet, but I bought a ticket this morning around 11:00, a week after the lottery's last update. My ticket was 2775xx, and the lottery's last reported was 263272. 2775xx minus 263272 equals 14228. 14228 divided by 7 equals an average of 2032 tickets drawn per day this past week. We're 89 days into the Raffle, so 2775xx divided by 89 equals 3118. 3118 times 122 (number of days in the Raffle) equals a potential total sales figure of 38
