Horse, you listed 18 numbers.
You have to list the GAMES, not 37% of the available numbers, that won't get you anywhere.
I feel safe in saying if most of us listed 18 numbers out of just 49, we would do better as well, but we are playing 12 out of 55 plus the PB, which is 4/42.
You have to get your list down to no more than 12 numbers or it is unaffordable to wheel, and even 12 is too much for us common folk.
Unless I read the chart wrong, to wheel 18 numbers in order to get just

Using my methods of dream analysis.. I came up with the words Red and Billiards or Pool .
The red billiard ball is the 3 ball. I would hold tight to the number 3. Perhaps as a bonus/mega number.
I'm also picking up some sort of stomach virus or flu. So if you've been sick with the flu within the last few weeks, that would reinforce the number 3 as being very good for you.
I know what you are thinking, everyone's had the flu recently. I'm trying to be more general and less specific

Illinois Gets raffle
Thanks lottolaughs...the pic was created by truecritic. Pretty cool, huh?
My take on the raffle craze is that the state can get a large sum of money in a short period of time, and most of them offer the player much better odds so it's a win-win situation.
For example, the IL raffle is taking in 10 million and giving out 5 million in prizes...50% of the win pool to be returned to the bettors. A cool 5 million profit for the state in about a month. I'm hoping the state lotteries see the v

Beware of Members Trying To Get You To Join A Group
These pyramid scheme lottery pools promise their victims a possible commission check and free plays for suckering friends and family into the scheme plus the promise of a share in the jackpot.
Of course no one ever has enough friends that stupid so they are drawn to groups like this to push their scheme. They don't give a damn about anything but making money so it's pointless to try and carry on a discussion with them.
The pool owners suck up most of the money. You never know if they re

Sounds interesting!
Just be sure to use good agreement forms, and be strict about having people sign. Also, make sure that you get an accurate list of people playing each and every game, and distribute copies of tickets. Make sure they are always bought, and communicate to people if they are not.
The biggest issue you want to guard against is if you hit the big jackpot, someone who played at one time could claim they thought they were in it. Make sure wording makes it clear that such

Contacting Professionals After You Hit A Multi-Million Dollar Prize!
Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer or financial advisor. LOL
I agree with CAlotteryguy. It's very hard to keep your picture out of the paper, especially during a slow news week. Also, the form in which you claim the prize isn't just the issue here, it's the law regarding anonymity which is a state decision. Also some states allow only one individual to claim a jackpot and others allow several to be paid. So if you win in a state that will only pay one claimant and you are in a pool or simply sh

raffle poll
Since Alabama has no lottery (and likely never will), I voted its not offered where i live. However, I did play the Georgia Millionaire Raffle. I didn't win anything this time, but I will play again next year IF the ticket pool remains at 500,000. If they go the way of Florida and sell over a million tickets, I won't play.
The Georgia Raffle had a reasonable balance of prizes, IMHO. Of course I'd like to see them add a few more prizes. I'd also like to see the raffle be offered 3 times

Raffle or Not?
Sorry it took me so long to answer; I didn't see this thread again until yesterday.
It boils down to gaming preference and when a game like the Florida raffle sells out that quickly, the lottery commission know they have a game people like. This is an all-or-nothing type of game because over 1.249 million tickets will be losers. Each state will probably add their own twist to the prize pool and maybe a state will reduce the number of million dollar winners and add 10,000 $100 winners.

Georgia January 15th thru 21st
Thank you TheMaker! -
I don't play ALL these, but just work out the tiers so everyone can compare to their workouts. Excluding doubles, over a period of 134 draws, there has been only 12 draws where the (single) number has not shown. There has been 14 doubles which did not show, and 10 times where the doubles showed, so not a great indicator for doubles.
So why post all these numbers? Well look at it this way. Take midday's draw for example. I just quickly counted the singles, but I
