If that's true, no more giving lottery tickets as birthday and Christmas presents. And don't forget asking someone to purchase tickets for you and pools. Not sure how the could prevent people from buying tickets for other especially from Kiosk machines.

Verbal contracts to share a potential lottery win/gambling related are impossible to enforce in most jurisdictions. It is based on indefiniteness, etc. and there really is not an offer and acceptance as in a contract.
Now, if it concerned a married couple, that is different since it would be property acquired during a marriage.
And if you give someone money to purchase lottery tickets on your behalf, that is different as well.

what is the very first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
When I was younger I was in it to win it. As you get older you realize that throwing more money at the lottery is not getting you closer. I've played continuously, played on certain days, pared my plays, and now play when I feel like it.

then i looked at your ebay store front. $30 jigsaw puzzles you can get at a garage sale for $1. $20 dvds you can get at a garage sale for $0.50. $20 bags of nuts of unknown expiry date that you can get at the grocery store for $10.
