Actually if you don't mind the high taxes in California, Los Angeles is an excellent place for someone with hundreds of millions of dollars to live. If my initial personal amount is 477M plus. But as a result of reducing taxes through charitable giving my new personal amount is 333M plus. I don't think I will have saved 100M in taxes.
