Would you share your winning lottery system if you had one ?
Actually, a lottery system that only break even would have value to some people. I've read about people buying winning lottery tickets at near their value after taxes and cashing them in and paying the taxes in a money laundering scheme. Such a program could make money laundering easier for those people.

To all the LP family; #1 - Just wanted to know how you and/or anyone else here at the LP, pay their taxes after a win in different state? #2 - Since online gambling here in the US, is illeagal now how can one win and pay tax for what they won receive a check from a foriegn carrier?
