Yes, FL has the C4L game. That player in NY that just hit C4L a few weeks ago with all four Cash Balls in play. I was curious how long they were playing those numbers with all four Cash Balls and if with their age they took the money or are having checks sent every year? With you being in NY maybe you have seen more information on this nice win. It's still a tough game but the better odds make it more acceptable ... at least to me. Possibility someone won a cool million dollars last night (02-28) playing the Mass-Cash game. When do the taxes officially hit you on a big win?
Let's say someone wins a large jackpot of $100 Million on December 15, 2010. however they do not *claim* the winnings until January 15, 2011. At tax time, would this person owe the taxes from the winning when they do their taxes the following January/February of 2011 OR would the taxes not hit until 2012, based on the person claiming the win in 2011?

I understand how you feel, i also noticed the multiple wins in certain places. I was going crazy trying to find out by checking the new york lottery website for press releases about the multiple wins in mega millions, take 5 and powerball. Thanks Gamegrl, good to see you again. Any big wins yet? So far my biggest win was the Big-4 TWICE, for $5200. I only played one ticket each time, and my own numbers. Once in April, and once at the end of May. I am glad to finally have won it though. Seems like when I played more tickets and used systems I got nowhere.
