INTRODUCE YOURself / Q 'bout stand-alone software.
Nearly possible is the correct term. From my limited POV, it's about getting as much info as possible, then play the percentages - get close, leave the rest to JOSS. Goin' for the big win? I dunno: I've suspended disbelief, but it's all hangin' up there on sky-hooks. I'm new, not a big player, just looking for an edge on two 3$/week draws. Went for months without hitting ONE number... Now I'm curious - want to see if the dismal record can be improved upon. Yes, it makes sense - good sense and g

Powerball will be won soon.
I got a story to tell all of you. It is the feel good story to end all feel good stories. A guy who lives with his mother in Eugene, Oregon gets on the internet at his home were he resides. Logs onto Lottery Post and uses the Quick Picks generator under the Powerball format to get 10 lines of Powerball numbers. He takes them to the convenient store around the corner called Stop N Shop market and fills out the game slips. He gets his tickets and goes home. He waits for the wednesday drawi

Why QP win?
Well a computer did draw the numbers, but as New York Lotto showed us last Saturday balls can come up with weird combinations too. As for the Quick Pick theory, I can definately attest to that. Most all my big wins are either QPs or on scratch-offs. I can only think of one time that a hand picked set won for me, and that was for $60 in Win For Life down in Virginia (4 out of 6 twice). That's pretty good, but it's not nearly as much as what QPs have won for me.

PowerBall Confessions, Not Tall Tales
Yes, the 50 continues to roll! Unfortunately, I didn't manage to cash a ticket on last night's PowerBall game. I played five lines again and I matched only one number. Now I'm $35 in the hole under this new matrix. I'm still looking for that big win that can jump up at any time, but I'm fully aware that those kinds of wins are more the exception than the rule in this game.I was figuring on three repeaters last draw, but there were just two, and I only figured correctly on one of them. Still, onl

PowerBall 12-22-04: The Pigskin Challenge
I have a nebulous selection process, at best. I've refined my excel spreadsheets to about 10 worksheets of number groups. I also use another 20 worksheets in a bell curve analysis to filter by sums, odds/evens, items of that nature. So, my numbers are not always set in stone, but they are the ten or twelve that I view as most likely. Plus, I only play one or two lines, so I could easily miss out on a big win even if I had all five in my selection. Maybe Aye can throw in two random numbers, o

PowerBall 12-22-04: The Pigskin Challenge
The Pigskin Challenge: Select ten numbers from the PowerBall game's 5/53 matrix with the objective of matching as many of the five draw numbers as possible. Pigskin holds the current record of matching three numbers from ten selections. Do better with four or five numbers matched and you inherit the bragging rights. Play ther numbers wisely and you might even score a big win in the PowerBall game.I'll be using the same red PowerBall number with all the lines that I generate from the following te

picking a power ball
Well, at least I know now that using Average Deviation as a base number in calculations is the way to go. Now that the big $$$s are done, I can use my $3 to start my personal Powerball Challenge I will play 1 MY pick and 1 QP and track results for 10 draws... just to see if what I am doing is working. As for the last $1 of the big win I'm going to play a QP for tomorrows PA super 6 (to CASH ONLY... I know I shouldn't encourage 'em... but it is only $1 for 3 plays, it's the first, last and o

Any software that wins?
Michigan,Cool, sounds like a winner to me, six straight is hard to beat!! Good luck!! This is the kind of stuff we are looking for-producers!! The best program I have ever used was a DOS program, oh it produced winners too and didn't have the fancy interface a lot of them use. It was simple and functional-little or no guess work, just good numbers. I tried to register it, twice, sent back no such address-somewhere in Texas-guess it worked too good, he he. By the way, I still have the original zi

Lucky for Life
What is the saying...... scared money doesn't win? Well I guess it is true. Of course I wasn't scared last night, hopefully going for a big win and spending a lot on it with no luck. So tonight I play only 3 lines and get 3 numbers out of 8. Unfortunately, I could only get 2 numbers on 2 lines with the 3 numbers, so I get my money back, but no profit!
