Once again, U.S. tries to shut down Internet gambling
Chewie I slapped my daughters butt, and she slaps her kids butt. The only reason that works...is because the kids didn't call the cops. The net is full of examples. Here is one quote from someone that should know: With Zero Tolerance arrest policies and No Drop prosecutions, the number of arrests for petty family arguments has skyrocketed. A former prosecuting attorney explains the phenomena: Christopher Pagan, who was until recently a prosecutor in Hamilton County, Ohio,

Feds seize gambling site Bodog, indict founder
How come our government can bully foreign companies and arrest their citizens? If websites are located outside the U.S., then the most that should be allowed is to stop that website from coming within the U.S. borders. If our government can prove that someone owed taxes on their winnings, they should collect the taxes from those gamblers. If the people doing the gambling broke the law, they should have their day in court. We should have no arrest powers for foreign citizens unless they physicall

Spain nabs con artists in major lottery scam
Not trying to be insensitive or anything, but.... It's really sad that there are people walking around who fall for this scam. I just can't imagine the thought process that allows them to think this is a good idea. They should arrest the fake lottery people. But they should also arrest the victims, give them a stern talkin' to and explain to them that the next time they do something stupid like this we will charge them for the resources it takes to protect them from their own stupidity.

Democrats trying to ruin Calif. Mega Millions lottery participation

I ve learned that politicians and government employees are the real ones we need to be protected from. It started when I left a lottery ticket, that two days later became a winning lottery ticket worth $46 Million, over Allen Oliver s house who works for the city of Jersey City. One of his relatives Jack

Glad the retailers contacted the lottery with the serial #'s so they can be DEACTIVATED. Wouldn't it be nice if they knew one was a big winner, let it stay active and then arrest him @ the lottery cashing?
