Todd thank you for your reply, I went to read about his arrest in November, his bail was high then! He presumably is a career criminal! I totally agree that scratch and her should have met, and I pray they do meet before the money runs out! However all eyes are on him to mess up, as if he is Al Capone! Have watching some videos about these Jamaican scammers and it really make me mad to know that even Jamaican government is not able to eliminate these scammers from the country. They say that when they arrest those scammers, it just takes 1 or 2 days before they go out of jail. Yeah, they have so much money. Paying bail is not a hard thing.

He made this woman sign that paper under the pretenses that she needed to do so to get the prize, he clearly had this ready to go and has probably done this before.
