Does anyone know why the Delaware Lottery website showed no jackpot winner and the next jackpot amount way before anyone else? I think it was at least 30 mins sooner.

If a news org somehow got the actual identity of the winner then the winner didn't do this right. Ever since the entity law went into place, many FL jackpot winners have claimed a lottery anonymously. The only visible names required for a FL LLC are the registered agent and authorized personnel. If you mean dover as in Delaware ... they always do that after that nights drawing .... before it is known whether their is a winner or not.
