So the privacy aspect of the Delaware incorporated LCC superceded the public records aspect of the Florida lottery law. Actually Delaware lottery winnings have been taxable by the state since around 2009. There is no sales tax though. The lottery only collects federal tax, but you pay the state tax when one files their state income tax.
