What I read was a news report that stated the winner used an LLC registered in Delaware, not Florida. What a rabbit hole this is. LLCs named Saltines and Saltines Holdings were both registered in DE, a few days apart in late September. Both were registered through Corporation Service Company rather than Northwest Registered Agent, as for the FL LLC.
