Are you sure? I think MUSL would dispute your claim. The media will no doubt report on one state or another that X number of tickets were sold/minute. I think that if Powerball wasn't way up there I'd agree with you on slower Megamillions ticket sales. Seriously doubt they'll up the jackpot. Why would/should they?
