Maine lottery 'fraud'
Hi; I have been playing Maine's on line fast play 'Break the Bank' . I have tickets with a $4 prize, but un- like NH which has prize tiers from 1-2-4-5$... Me. has 1-3-5$ ... there is no $4 prize. I have talked with people at the lottery and am assured there is no such prize ... yet they feel nothing is wrong. any thoughts ??

PA is normally a 60% return. $600 roll of $20 ticket is generally $340/$360 return if you don't get anything above $100. Anything above is considered the bonus ticket on top of the normal win so a $500 winner would mean a $840 pack return. Usually they have 8 or 9 winners. PA makes you want to knock them down and out every single month...they have a new..NEW...$10 Fast Play game. I think it was omiller that said once that PA has got about 100 games going in scratch offs alone and every single month they bring out more. I'm wondering where the $50 ticket is like Texas has. Insane greed is all it is. People will keep on buying them too. Not too long ago, they put the debit machines next to the lottery terminals in some places. Insane.
