We played Lotto South when Kentucky had it. Never won much, but it was fun playing it. If it was to comeback, would it be competing with Powerball and Mega Millions since now both are available in many states? Illinois has a Win for Life $2 scratcher, it's been part of the Illinois lottery for a long time now as far as scrathcers go.

Competition is good for the consumer, in this case the players. Currently on the Illinois Lottery website there's a banner ad for Powerball 10X Powerplay, so 5 + 0 with the powerplay wins $2,000,000 instead of $1,000,000. It must be a promo though, as it says for a limited time only. Illinois Mega Millions does not have the Megplier.
