LOLOL. It's not so much the probability math thing he espouses, it's that he's convinced the lottery is cheating HIM, like he's special. That's just nuts. Two points to be made about that.... 1) Lotteries make money by selling tickets, and people winning jackpots spurs sales. If nobody ever won, people would stop playing. 2) Someone who is convinced the lottery is cheating him personally (and spying on him to boot), but still buys tickets isn't quite right in the head. Now watch.

I've tried Caspernina's method with Florida Fantasy5 many times..... But without much success! Could be that Fantasy5's 5/36 matrix as opposed to Take5's 5/39 matrix has something to do with that. But playing Repeaters and Adjacents is a good strategy with Fantasy5 as Repeaters are drawn in almost 50% of all drawings and Adjacents appear quite often too.
