Pennsylvania is not joining Hot Lotto according to sources inside the lottery. But they do say they are beginning a new game. Whether this is just another Millionaire Raffle, or it's a totally new game that may or may not replace Lucky For Life, remains to be seen. Let's just hope that game they replace is Lucky For Life, and not Match 6, because I love Match 6, but not a big fan of Lucky For Life. This was taken from the PA lottery website apparently this game was brought about by the people of PA who requested a game like this. So if your feeling let down because of this game you should be blaming the people who requested it. If it's development took almost 2 years. How come you Pennsylvanians didn't step up to the plate and protest it's prize structure.
