Internet Lotteries.
Some posters mentioned state run Online lotteries so I'm wondering if anyone here signed up and plays. Four minute Keno seems to be a favorite in KY, but saw where a player won $5400 playing pick-4 Online, another won $5000 playing Lucky for Life, and there was a $20,000 winner on one the Online scratch-off type games. Greetings BBH, You have posed an interesting circumstance worth exploriing being conversant with the game of roulette I humbly hope I can make a candid contribution to this otherwise lonely thread LOL If the true odds and payoffs are as you suggested, the house edge for the lottery is stupendous ranging from about 10% to 67%.
