Woman almost gave away her $1.3M lottery ticket
Ligia Dennis got the type of surprise most of us can only dream about: she won the lottery.
Dennis purchased the ticket from a coffee shop while doing her laundry. She bought three $6 California Lucky Life Scratchers. However, this lucky moment might not have ever come for her. She decided to give two of the lottery tickets to her mother and brother, and she nearly gave her winning ticket away to a homeless man looking for change.

Lucky for Life multi-state lottery game set to expand next week

New England's Lucky for Life lottery game is set to expand into an additional eight states starting next week.
The multi-state game offers a grand prize of $1,000 a day for life, and has drawings every Monday and Thursday.
Uniquely, the game offers a another lifetime prize for the second prize level $25,000 a year for life.
Both for Life prizes are payable for the length of a winner's life. At minimum, 20 year

For the first time ever, the six New England states will jointly run a multi-state lottery game, starting this week.
The new Lucky for Life regional draw game begins this Thursday, March 15 for the six following states: Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massechusetts, and Rhode Island. Ticket sales for the new game started Sunday.

Kate, no disrespect as I love your website, but you need to do a little fact-finding on the for Life games. Whether it's Cash for Life or Lucky for Life , if more than one ticket is sold matching all 5 balls plus the Cash or Lucky ball, the top prize is divided equally amongst all winning tickets.
