Lotto, Scratch Tickets - Rolls Purchased & Questions
I play the billion dollar bonanza game too. I can tell u its an absolute waste to play an entire roll unless u really got some money to throw around because the median return will be 1235 dollars. You are better off waiting for the 20-30-40 tickets on a roll to sell and if u know there are no big hits then start buying some. But even then u would want to buy one at a time cuz if u hit a 500 or a thousand or something then u would wanna stop there. dont worry about where the mille winners are bei

Post your scratch ticket results
Good luck on the Cool $100,000. I won nicely once but onlybecause I lucked in on a hot roll. Most rolls are cold. Yes, James1 and I were talking about the $5.00 scratchers in New York and Massachusetts you could win $1 million. Also check out the GA lottery rip -off thread where James1 found a Youtube video showing 3 Million Monopoly tickets in flames. I won't be playing that ticket for sure.

$500 winner - Georgia Lottery BLACK
Wow, you are absolutely obsessed. Gotta give you credit for the effort and diligence you put into your scratch research. After reading many of your posts I have decided that I will never buy a ticket anywhere in your state if I ever so happen to find myself there. Massachusetts pays the most back to players than any other state and has one of the most successful lotteries in the country. I see $500 dollar winners all the time, more than twice a week and that is in the stores I play in. I

The State With The Best Scratch-Offs?
Has to be Massachusetts. Go to masslottery.com and check out the prize grid for the $20 2007 Billion Dollar Blockbuster. It has an obscene number of prizes, including one of $1,000,000 a year for LIFE!! There's also the $20 Billion Dollar Bonanza, which also has a souped up prize structure. My state of Florida also has the Blockbuster, but with a fraction of the prizes. I wish I knew somebody in Mass who could send me some tickets.

Hit for $1000
I recently hit for $1000 on a Massachusetts $5 scratch ticket. I have posted a video of the actual scratching of the ticket ( I knew it was a good winner because of the code on it) on a popular video posting site. I know I cannot post links here but if anyone wants to serach Massachusette Instant Lottery Ticket on such a site you will be able to watch it. I also have lots of pics of good winners that I believe I am not allowed to post here, correct? I don't wanna break the rules and get my posti

Most won on a 1$ scratcher?
Years ago Massachusetts had a recycle incentive program whereas you could turn in bundles of losing scratch tix and recieve a $1 ticket. For every bundle of 25 losers they would give you one $1 ticket. They had to scrap the program ironicly because it was too successful and folks were collecting losing tickets and getting so many freebies that the Ma lottery was losing $$$. Anywho- before they ditched the program my Mom and I collected 250 bundles and went to the State Fair to turn them in. W

Scratch-offs by the pack
$1, $2 and $5 tickets in Massachusetts come in books of 300. $10 and $20 tix come in books of 100 so needless to say it would take a pretty big win to allow me to buy any book. I did once split a $1 book with someone many years ago and we won a little more than 1/2 the $300 back. Some small stores in my area actually sell $10 squares like people sell for superbowl betting. Once all the squares are sold they use the middle two digits of the following evenings daily draw-4 game to determin

$1.00 PA Barn Ticket 100 dollar winner
Despite the fact that $1 are indeed the worst odds in winning, my single biggest winner to date has been on a $1 tic. I hit $5000 (top prize)on a Fast 50 in the Massachusetts Lottery. Odds were 136,000 to 1. In fact they only print 150 top prizes out of the more than 50 million tickets printed. Talk about a needle in a haystack. Despite that win, I usually stay away from the $1 tix. I should also mention that that particular winner was a ticket I got for free as part of a now defunct recycle pr

Best State Lottery for Scratchers?
I am fortunate enough to reside in Massachusetts, a state that claims to give a bigger % of lottery money back to players than any other state. I play mostly instant tix and some daily 4-number draws and have done well over the years. Never won huge but have scratched off a few $1000 winners and one $5000 winner (on a $1 dollar ticket!). My GF scratched a $10,000 once (b4 she was with me!) and I know a guy who recently hit for $50,000. How does your state compare to Ma. and is there a place to v

Best Scratch Off State
I wouldn't call it the best scratch-off state, but Mass. has the highest payout I've seen yet. They range from 69%-80%! Allow me to repeat that : 69% to 80%! Can you think of another state that pays 80%? Source : Massachusetts Lottery Info Pack
