Lottery drawing result >> binary sequences >> forecasting of them
I installed the netbeans with jdk and it is working now, although the results are not encouraging. 1200 training rows, 50 testing rows. Neural network with 10 hidden neurons is trained on the 1200 training rows (each row have 21 columns, 20 inputs 1 output), reaching error of almost 0 (all 1200 rows outputs predicted correctly), then the network is tested on the 50 testing rows. Sadly, 50% of the 50 testing outputs predictions are missed/wrong (randomness win!?). Seems

how to use ant colonies to guide themselves by pheromones.
In the ACO for lottery, each ant represents a possible combination of numbers. The ants walk around the search space, evaluating the quality of each combination of numbers. Quality can be estimated using different methods such as: Frequency Analysis: Count the frequency of each number in past winning combinations. Hamming Distance: Measuring the difference between a combination of numbers and past winning combinations. Artificial neural networks: Training a neural network to predict

Has anyone done any study on neural networks in lotteries?
A neural network is a method in artificial intelligence that teaches computers to process data in a way that is inspired by the human brain. It is a type of machine learning process, called deep learning, that uses interconnected nodes or neurons in a layered structure that resembles the human brain. Three following types of deep neural networks are popularly used today: 1. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) 2. Multi-Layer Perceptrons (MLP) 3. Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN)

Picking numbers for MM and PB
There are a Systems subforum and Mystical subforum where you can see how people use convoluted mathematical formulas and dreams to come up with numbers. There's a huge thread in the Math subforum about some Swedish dude's neural network software for picking lottery numbers. There's a user who goes by Stat$talker who uses top secret math to lose money twice a week on Georgia Jumbo Bucks Lotto. Poke around all the subforums and you'll find what you're looking for. Personally, I have more fai

Neural Net Lottery Picker
lcoleman recommended a link on how to predict the lottery using Matlab. Although the instructions may seem easy, I got it to work after a few hours of testing. I didn't necessarily do it to predict lottery numbers as output, rather I also research on trying to find patterns of when 3 out of 5 numbers come out and how often they revert back in term of days (for the Florida Fantasy 5). For instance, last night (December 27th, 2015) the numbers played were; 8-12-16-18-24, so if you were to sear

Pick 3 AI Help
Hello, I've written a simple program to take the numbers for pick 3 games and try to predict the next number. It reads the number and then breaks that number down into the first, second, and third number. It uses an artificial neural network to read the first, second, or third number and then outputs a number for its respective position. It does not combine stats like if 2 is the first and 4 happens nine times in the second with 2 while 5 happens 15 times. What I do have it do is to use th

A.N.N.'s : SharkyNN
SharkyNN is a free program to give the user a visual seat-of-the-pants insight to training and testing an Artificial Neural Network. I like the XOR feature for a visual fit and a 3% error stop can be quickly had with few points of input. As opposed to a few years ago, there are many more affordable ANN products for the casual user and user friendliness is greatly improved. ANN's can exceed the human ability in the volume of data processed, but the simplicity and speed of organic decisions has

Neural Networks
BobP is right, I can't see any neural network analysis in Lotto Sorcerer. Hypersoniq is right - the scientific and mathmatical groups will never acknowledge that it is possible to predict randomness. Attrasoft had a pretty good free version that is easy to set up and work with and their support people did provide help with lottery analysis. One reasearcher in Cellualar Automata worked up a model to sync the lotto stream but I was never able to find out how it worked. It did sound lik

The Pigskin Challenge for Saturday 01-22-
AyeIf you're after improving prediction skills... we need to discuss the methods rather than look at just results. Whether it be an open discussion on methods, tools, formulas, or whatever... accuracy can come a bit later...but good luck getting people to open up about the systems in use for a jackpot game... for the obvious reasons...but for the heck of it (and one more attempt to get some open PB discussion going) here's my current system....1 excel workbook with 4 sheets...Sheet 1 is a Long T

Neural Networks
I'm gambling with a Neural Network that is trained to find patterns in lottery history using a form of artificial intelligence called 'back propagation'. I love neural networks because that is what they are designed to do, exactly. They find patterns in anything, and can even be trained to do mathematics or solve real world problems. The program I am using is called Lotto Sorcerer, and it is for Mac and Windows. For $5 a month or less if you subscribe for a year, you can get up to date lott
