Do you think that they should develop SL in SA, than move to Nevada and continue there with African developers and ingeneers? Would be good for your diversity.

State taxes - my experience
If the state the ticket is purchased in allows tickets to be claimed as a trust, the state you live in couldn't tax the winnings as long as business relating to the trust aren't performed there. So the winning state would need to accept trust claimants and have no tax on winnings. Theres an article this week in the New Yorker about how the Getty family avoids 100s of millions of dollars in California taxes by having a trust in Nevada and doing exactly that.

Do you have any weird lottery superstitions?
All the Australians and MIT was groups did was pit an end to group play and team play. This also happened when Nevada casinos put in Mega Bucks progressive slot machines. At first it was a little odd to see the jackpots progress when there was no one in the casino playing those slots but hey were all set up so that if anyone anywhere in the state played one of those machines the jackpot went up.

They each got 1 million. there were 3 2nd place winners in Massachusetts, Jane Busby is one of them, here she is displaying her 1 million dollar check this The pick 3, 4, and 5 games unfortunately are not in all states is not accurate. Actually, there are 5 states that do not sell any lottery. Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah.

Playing Quick Picks Versus Picking Your Own Numbers
The biggest factor in any QP is luck. PB jackpot winner Gloria Mackenzie was the person I thought of after reading Gary's comment. And I'm pretty sure Mindy Crandell will agree with it 100%. these people have the ability to reverse engineer the algorithm of the *PRNG If that was possible, a group of these people would be winning the jackpot every month, every week, or even every drawing. Saw a story about a former Nevada gaming commission employee that had a copy of a Keno RNG pro

I think you are getting a little mixed up. The 36 second prize winners each got 1M because each bought their own ticket. So there were 36 tickets that had the same numbers. In a lottery pool of say 10 people. You won't buy 10 duplicate tickets for each member. So if in your collection of tickets one wins the second prize. They won't ask you how many you are so that each gets their own 1M. I hope that makes sense. The pick 3, 4, and 5 games unfortunately are not in all states is n

The ever increasingly inflated jackpot prizes for MM and PB
When interest rates were stable, the take home cash value after federal taxes was around 1/3 of the advertised jackpot. Setting aside the fact the United States is the only country that taxes lottery wins Never lived in Bulgaria so don't know if they tax gambling winnings or not, but in the U.S. lottery winnings are defined as gambling winnings and is defined as income. Winners get a W-2G for $600 or more if the amount is at least 300 times the wager (the payer has the option to reduce
