If you won the big one. Where would you NOT want to move to?
Well who were you talking to? Cause it looked like an open ended question to me, and so what if you werent talking to me Im talking to you and for who mentioned politics, you also did when you referenced the president...So again why are we talking about politics on a lottery site...

Maddogs Powerball Challenge 6/22
I completely agree with you CW4, Obama is no good. However, I am sure most LP posters here are trying to get away from politics, the bad economy and all that other depressing stuff! Instead let's talk lottery and cheer for our sports teams here. Think POSITIVE when you come to LP! If you feel like ranting and raving there are thousands of forums that deal with politics. Thanx!

Can prayer affect the outcome of a lottery
This is the way I feel about politics in the threads on LP. An uproar of hatred and insults occur as well, when really the subject had nothing to do with politics. I voted yes, prayer changes things.

Non-lottery forum poll
I believe this has been brought up a couple times before and Todd has said no. It would mean a lot of extra work for him and my guess is it would be a hassel. People get heated when the topics of religion, politics, etc. get brought up (all you have to do is check out some of the past new stories and read the comments when politics gets brought into the conversation) and I really doubt he wants to spend his extra time dealing with that. I'm not trying to speak for him, but he has responed before

Georgia to sell tickets online
I don't think it will pass either - too much politics involved. Regardless of location, a lot of times one part of the legislature will pass things knowing the second part will kill it. That way they keep proponents happy by passing it in one place and keep the opponents (like the convenience store owners in this case) happy by killing it and not making it law. Good ole politics in motion.I do think it's an interesting groundwork for future legislation thoughout the country and other states

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
Look greed is rampant. Both republicans and democrats, lower case letters, alike are to blame with both their versions of politics. People themselves are to blame as well. I felt the Bern, a little, but I knew based on party politics that he didn't stand a chance. Trump was better at angling that fear inside voters minds. I guess nice guys do finish last. Nobody ever accused Trump of being a bad fisherman. He made quite the catch. But image is important for a President. He's supposed to represen

If you won a jackpot would your kids stay in public school or private school
I went to a private catholic school and indoctrinating and politics has a far greater presence then in public schools in my opinion. Mostly because it's all about a religious stance and what and who supports their religious views in the world of politics. It's this very core that lays the foundation and groundwork that selectively determines what children are taught and conditioned with... especially regarding politics. The only thing education wise that a private school has over a public school
