As Guru says I don't think any 1st world countries would risk cheating or deceiving their public with a lottery [politics is another matter heheh].I can see 2nd 3rd world countries trying this also some privately owned casino's which almost exclusively use computers for their draws.

I am really interested in reading about what konane had to say from her experiences. But it's impossible to do that anymore, since anything useful stopped about 15 pages or 100 or more posts ago. I tried to block the black / red poster, but even though I have done that, his messages are still here. If the rantings of those that I want to block would simply not appear, this would be a great site. I could read what i am interested in, and not have the informational content of the site destroyed
