I believe this has been brought up a couple times before and Todd has said no. It would mean a lot of extra work for him and my guess is it would be a hassel. People get heated when the topics of religion, politics, etc. get brought up (all you have to do is check out some of the past new stories and read the comments when politics gets brought into the conversation) and I really doubt he wants to spend his extra time dealing with that. I'm not trying to speak for him, but he has responed before

Well, when looking at new features to add, I gotta say the last thing on my mind is finding a way to add more politics into the website. So I would not be rushing to include alternate video hosting websites in order to ramp up politics here before the midterms. By the way, I do want to mention that creating an off-topic (or any topic) forum is not out of the question. It has just not been the highest priority for me, and I am nervous about opening a can of worms. As much as I'd like to participate in such a forum myself, I don't want the site to become the democratunderground or dailykos. (i.e., ruined by politics.)

Todd would need 24 hour monitoring on an all topics forum. I visit news article comment daily and what I see there is horrendous. With comments I have seen on news articles about the President and washington politics you will have the feds monitoring this site 24/7. That would include the secret service. Having an all topics forum here would draw in members that are not lottery interested. They would stray from the all topics forum to the lottery forums and harass lottery members. Some people

He created a blog site where you can post just about anything as long as it's within the rules. Todd, since you guys are talking blogs, is it possible to embed videos from rumble or bitchute into the blogs? Similar to the way you can watch a YT video on LP? Understandably bitchute is a little more risque . But since blogs are big on politics, and as the November midterms approach, YouTube will do their censorship thing. RUMBLE will become the political go to As DJT, D. Nunes, and Dan go toe to toe with compromised YouTube. Any ideas? Thanks.

Lottery Post is fine just as it is. I'm not interested in potential conversations about the price of gas today, the price of electric tomorrow, what someone did or saw after they got their numbers, what tax hike is on the horizon or how much money is being pumped into the space program. It's a headache waiting to happen.
