Pool most certainly takes skill. Oh, a player can get a lucky shot once in a while, but over the course of a game, skill will win out the vast majority of the time. The lottery? You can pick your own numbers based on study, or anything else, or just buy QP's. Either way, it comes down to pure luck. The majority of jackpot winning tickets are QP's.

That cain't be true, cauze it would be implying that NO Self-Pick ticketz EVER win..!! Had to laugh when I read that because if 80% of winning tickets are QPs, by default 20% of winning tickets should be self picks.
