There is always the chance that the holder of the winning ticket is someone that never plays unless there is a really big jackpot. In that case they may not be too lottery savvy and either, A) stuck the ticket some where and forgot about it. B) didn't check it properly, thought it was a loser and trashed it. C) bought it while vacationing in Fla. and doesn't know the 60 day deadline to claim it as cash is almost here.

The appointments are only 10 minutes apart so there won't be a long wait, but there must be a lot of winners. There are only 2 appts. available today (Thu) and 7 on Friday. Normally there is 36 on Mondays, 32 Tues thru Fri. But here's the killer. Please allow at least 30 business days for processing any winning tickets with a value of more than $25,000. At least 6 weeks to process it?!
