Kentucky Lottery players who bought Pick 4 tickets for Monday's midday drawing have an extra chance to win, thanks to an error that occurred during the drawing. A suspicious package near a Texas Lottery facility on Monday night forced a delay of the nightly drawing and the reporting of the results, officials said Tuesday. Illinois Lottery pushes for online expansion
The Illinois Senate could soon decide to increase the number of ways you can play the lottery online. A committee has passed a bill that would allow players to wager on any of the draw-based games that is, in which the winning numbers are randomly selected, as in Pick 3 and Pick 4.
