Texas Lottery announces record sales for Mega Millions
Mega Millions sales in Texas for last Friday's $333 million advertised jackpot were $49.8 million for the prize's entire roll cycle, the highest sales recorded in Texas for any game. Appeals court blocks Delaware's sports betting plan
A federal appeals court today blocked Delaware's bid to open sports betting Sept 1. A three-judge panel of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals decided that Delaware's plans violate a 1992 federal ban on sports gambling.
