GOP proposal would open door to lottery, casinos in Alabama
A constitutional amendment that would legalize gambling in Alabama authorizes a lottery, casino gambling and expanded Indian gaming. Illinois lottery director calls it quits
Michael Jones' run as Illinois Lottery Director is over. Late Wednesday Jones sent a brief memo to his Lottery colleagues that said his job there is done. Maine Gov. Paul LePage said Tuesday that his administration is backing off its plan to expand the Maine State Lottery to include the gambling game Keno at as many as 300 locations. Supermarket chain accused of allowing lottery sales to minors
Children hoping to buy lottery tickets from vending machines may soon find it more difficult.
