  Rick G,

I got a response from them today.  They told me where to look and sure enough it was there.  I'd swear it wasn't there before but I might have been looking thru a bottle of Bud.  Maybe I better switch to Miller High Life with the clear glass.

    Thanks

NY has very good response time. Only once a while back, they didn't reply when I questioned them on altering/controls/rigging.

If only the NY Lottery itself was as good as their response time.

PA has about a 50/50 track record with me... mostly because they won't respond to my question about why they don't add Hot Lotto to the PA lineup... but when I asked questions about trusts to claim jackpots they responded quickly.

Playing more than one ticket per game is betting against yourself.

And PA has Unlucky for Life instead.

Why PA won't add Hot Lotto? Well, I think it's because it's too small a game for too big a state. I think Iowa may even be too big for HL. Two, it's played exactly the same as Powerball, and is played on the exact same day as Powerball. So that hurts too. And I think PA is just so focused on the white elephant that is Lucky For Life, they don't even have time to brush Gus' fur, more or less add a new game.

                          Jimmy:

If IA is too big for Hot Lotto, what about Minnesota?

                            still no reply from PA.

I've redone my website.  Go to www.dr-ew.com.  I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff.  Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.
