I think the Convention would be a great idea..I really do..a chance for everyone to meet others on here that really do think alike..I dont think there would be any fights..I mean I am still new here and I have seen a few disagreements about certain things but I think the maturity level here is where it is suppose to be..The only thing bad I would see that would come out of the Convention is that what ever state was picked for the Convention might be in trouble with all of the members of Lotterypost.com showing up and playing in that state..we might do some finacial damage to that state..lol..I would like to make one suggestion though if this was to ever take place..make it a geographic location that would be easy for everyone to reach..not just for the west coast or east coast..maybe some place in the middle that has a lottery..lol

Well, if we are going to do this convention thing, I suggest we do it before the price of gasoline drops. And I suggest Gold Strike Casino at Tunica, MS.
Any other suggestions? Anyone? You there! Where if not when should we get together?

The original idea of Vegas is perfect. Both the airlines and Vegas have year round deals that suit just about every budget. I think here in Florida, Southwest airlines has a round trip to Nevada for about 80 bucks.
I think I'd definitely have to bring my Taser along just in case someone said "NO YOU"RE WRONG". That'll show'em......
With 30,000 members all in one place, there's bound to be some disagreements. We might have to rent a stadium! , or a high school football field.
There will definitely have to be atleast a hundred security guards, food vendors, portable toilets, a fifty foot wide TV screen, so Todd can make statements from time to time to calm everyone down.
The PA system would also cost a few thousand dollars to rent.
In case it rains, we'll need thousands of tents. charcoal grills, utility sinks for doing basic laundry, and of course temporary plumbing for the sink's water to drain to the city's main sewer line. Ambulances will be scattered throughout the area, just in case. We'll also need to do some fire drills from time to time, also, we'll need thousands of feet of wire to power anyone who might have their laptop with them and post some predictions.
The 30,000 plus should be grouped into sub sections.
And finally, a chilly cook off contest, with a prize worth $5,000.00
Sounds like fun.
P.S. I almost forgot, a stage for the band to perform on.

I think another big debate would be MegaMillions vs Powerball. The ideas of hosting it in a non-lottery state such as MS or NV would alleviate that issue. On the other hand, we wouldn't be able to do the world's biggest lottery pool.

todd would have to play referee a lot.cash only and annual payments would be the first fight of the day.then ion would show up and him and todd would have words.after that we would have the cash 3 people fighting with the people who only play jackpot games.one more thing is i don't think this convention should be held in a computerized state.oh wait we could do this in indiana and have a fund raiser for losingjeff so he can get back all the money he lost to the computerized drawings.we could give vtrac lessons while drinking a coors.or maybe eat a peanut butter sandwhich and discuss annuities.......

World's biggest lottery? I thought that was El Gordo in Spain.
