It's going to be a long time before anyone finds an avatar to top bellyache's.

I think she might have found the boundary line, the place beyond which mankind just ain't gonna go on LP.

      That's funny Rip.....

That reminds me of Captain Kirk......

The reason he took a pee on the ceiling is because he wanted to go where no man has ever gone before.....

As a younger man I occasionally felt that way about some woman.  Sometimes it was a lie.  Other times an illusion.  Not once, never over the long haul, was it ever as satisfying and painless as peeing on the ceiling would have been.

I wonder why I never thought of doing that instead of what I did.

I was probably gathering eggs the first time my granddad observed:

I must have been four, or maybe five

When grandfather said with a snicker,

        "Where a man shouldn't go with a Colt .45

That boy will follow his pecker."

        Half-a-century now mocks:

        I'd surely be elated

If Grandpa's eye had turned to stocks

        Or land speculated.

The old could have saved me lots of trouble and heartache predicting I'd spend my life peeing on the ceiling.

your right bellyache's avatar should've been one of the choices.this is one i definitely won't overlook again.thanks for all the enjoyment you've given us bellyache.....

I asked a couple of guys here what they saw in the image, and both replied in unison - perhaps the same image, Rip Snorter, Rick G, and LottoMike saw! Ah, men. Utterly boring and single-minded. Not that there's anything wrong with it. They will climb the highest mountain, dive the deepest ocean, conquer the unknown, wage the bitterest war... just because of that one illusion. Ah men, what will I do without them.

On the other hand, I asked a couple of women what they saw in the image, and one said, it looked like a "flower". The other one, a "pendant". I, myself thought, it looked like a heart. Ah, women. They make the world exciting. What to do without them.

Don't feel too badly.  I must have stared at the smaller version a couple of hours before it struck me what it was.

Mine is a stargate from Sg1. I tried to find the watery event horizon where the bubble explodes outward in animation. But there is none like it.

i'm not voting for anyone i think there all great. They show something about the person behind it kind of like a personality feature.

I am however drawn to the sifi stuff.

I had a harley doing a burnout but the guy that hosted the automated burnouts took his web page down. he offered free avatars as long as you linked back to his site.

I like the animated avatars and wish i could find a sifi one that fits me like maybe some space ship that goes to warp speed and returns to a fixed position in animation.

                          Scottie we need Warpspeedazillionnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!
