The Luxor and Wynn Resort are going after the adult gambling market so there is no reason for them to provide children's games.  Do people really go to resort/casinos to play video games and/or watch movies?

I am talking  suppose someone rents a room in a resort & casino for 4 days and after each day after he spent 4 hours on the casino and goes to his room and relax, the first thing he will want to do is turn on the tv and also call someone...Well when watching the TV or before going to bed he will want to watch a movie or two....

About the video games on each room of a resort & casino i was talking for the kids, you know NOT EVERYONE WHO GOES TO A CASINO IS SINGLE, they may want to leave the kids in the room and someone take care of them (i really don't know i don't know how married couple think)....

also about the video games NOT EVERYONE WHO GOES TO LAS VEGAS IS ABOVE 30 years old...There are people that go to las vegas who are 18-29 and they like to play video games too....

And i don't think you said that in most industrialized nations more people play blackjack than monopoly i don't think that's true....if you wasn't aware of it, monopoly is consider a "FAMILY GAME"...blackjack is not...and just if in case you wanted to say that more cards are sold worldwide than monopoly that is because cards do NOT cost the same price as a monopoly game...

Card games are boring games, again they don't even use dices to spice it up...

I also BET that more people play bingo world wide than they play blackjack..I also bet that more people worldwide bet on CHICKENS FIGHTS, than they play card games...

You all are behind...

You really need to back up your comments with some facts. Please post where you are getting your statistics that more people bet on chicken fights then play card games. Otherwise, I think you are just pulling this info out of your ass. This is getting ridiculous and I can't believe I am actually engaging you. And again, if you have actually ever been to Las Vegas, you would know that there are many things to do there that are family friendly. I really think you are posting just to stir the pot, Crazy because you refuse to see that people who have actually been to LV and who have lived there are giving you correct information.

According to Merriam-Webster online, one of the definitions of degenerate is mathematically simpler as in degenerate hyperbola.  I think this might apply to people who insist they have a winning system and will beat Mega Millions.  For some reason 170 million to 1 odds just doesn't sink in, sort of like driving down a one way street passing "Do Not Enter"and wondering why everyone is honking.

I couldn't have said it any better.

It reminds me of that movie with dumb and dumber, where the girl he's after says that there is a chance of them getting together. A million to one, and Jim Carey responds....YES!!!!....there's still a possibility.....YES!!!  ....lol

Pumpi, when people fight roosters or dogs to the death, they treat animals in the most inhumane way possible and it's very cruel.  Please don't even start up that debate.  Thank you.

Hey, everyone.  Coincidentally PBS had a show about Las Vegas last night.  It showed the Dunes (where I stayed) being demolished and the new Vegas with its theme hotels.  I liked it before, especially downtown. Sleaze can be fun! LOL

So I guess I would be totally amazed at the change.  Are there still no clocks in a casino?  Do they still keep all the drapes drawn?  More than once I sat down to play after a show and walked outside and said "OMG, it's morning."

I like to gamble myself..I play the lottery online and that is the only way I get to play..and I live test everything..whatever I am presently testing I will test it live with real money..I DONT SUGGEST EVERYONE FOLLOW THAT METHOD..hahaha

I love to go to the casinos on the coast since I live in Mississippi but I havent been since before Katrina hit..I do love to go and sit down and just play some poker..have a few drinks and just enjoy the evening is all..

I even love to go play Bingo every once in a while..because I grew up there..My mom use to take us little ones with her when she would go..of course every time we got a Bingo..she kept the Money...hahaha

Never cared to much for sports betting..always thought of it as a huge gamble..to many variables that you cant control or see that will cost you some money.. at least with the lottery we can see things that are happening..or about to happen and that gives us a little advantage..small but even small is better than none..

No, they don't have thumbs. But they often bet on races and win the eggsacta.  Maybe that's what we need for the lottery - a chicken to crack the code.  I bet the lottery commission would cry fowl.

They surely would. And who knows if they would have a leg to stand on. They would have to ruffle some feathers just to be heard.

I've been to some 30 odd casinos and there's nothing like doing a little gambling.. From the biggest single casino in the US Foxwoods in Conn to the smallest native american casino in Oklahoma & boy does Oklahoma have some casinos... I've been to my fair share & had some real fun - Highest losses are given in Las Vegas & the best winning potential is in Reno... I love them all but you have to know when to quit... Good Luck to All, Pogo
