For me it's about $72 to $85 amonth, I'm strictly a $1 and $2 player.

Most of it is Little Lotto (Illinois Pick 5, 5/39). I play the others but not everyday, Pick 4 I play the least.

Ever since RJOh posted about using a planner I've been doing that.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

LOL tiggs!! Don't be scared. I'm okay, you're okay! Big Smile

I'm just wondering why AreYouSerious is sounding the alarm. What? Or making the wake up call and I'd like an answer from him/her.

    It's Smokey Bearish.

I consider playing lotteries as entertainment.  When you spend money on entertainment, you don't expect to get it back, same as when you spend it on alcohol, cigarettes or cable TV.  At least with lotteries there's a snowball chance you might get lucky and win something in return.

      I agree also. Very true.

I haven't even been spending about 5 dollars a month. I would love to spend more but they took away my overtime at work and bills and necessities come first.

I like RJOh's idea with the planner. Then there's no guessing.

$8  a month.  A dollar for each powerball drawing.  Play the same set of numbers every time... chose them with the help of my best tarot deck... the one that never lies.... those are the numbers going to change my life.  I repeat them to myself in my mind often, as if they were a mantra or a spell.

I'm a patient man.  It's just a matter of time.

You're as likely to win as any of us Le Marteau.

                          Good luck to you.
