Colt45ML, though that sounds like a prudent method to redeem a big jackpot, it is probable that they (Lottery Officials) will also obligate the winner to make a public statement about their windfall. BIG MISTAKE!! Any big jackpot winner will tell you it's advisable to keep a lid on your enthusiasm, and not appear on television. Of course they'll want potential lottery patrons to see your smiling face as you collect on your good fortune, but that indiscretion will invite every scam artist and litigious relative in the Lower 48 into your circle of 'fans'.
