Uncle Pen
Oh, the people would come from far away, To dance all night to the break of day. When the caller would holler: "Do Si Do", They knew Uncle Pen was ready to go.
Late in the evening, about sundown, High on the hill, an' above the town, Uncle Pen played the fiddle, Lord, how it rang, You could hear it talk, you could hear it sing!
Well, he played an old tune they called the "Soldier's Joy", And he played the one they called the "Boston Boy". Greatest of all was the "Jennie Lynn", To me, that's where the fiddlin' begins.
Late in the evening, about sundown, High on the hill, an' above the town, Uncle Pen played the fiddle, Lord, how it rang, You could hear it talk, you could hear it sing!
I'll never forget that mournful day When old Uncle Pen was called away, He hung up his fiddle and he hung up his bow, And he knew it was time for him to go.
Late in the evening, about sundown, High on the hill, an' above the town, Uncle Pen played the fiddle, Lord, how it rang, You could hear it talk, you could hear it sing!

Radar Love...Golden earring stranglehold...Ted Nugent Crazy Love...Van Morrison Wow, learned something here. All these years I thought Radar Love was by the Steve Miller Band. That's gotta be one of the few times I've ever been wrong in my life (ask my wife). I think I'll be hittin the sauce early today. Thank you! . Tom Petty, one of the best concerts I ever went to. Last Morning..Dr. Hook Cover of the rolling stone...Dr. Hook Only Sixteen...Dr. Hook If I could turn back time...Cher Good ones, you're probably not old enough for the Kendalls though: Heaven's just a sin away oh wo, just a sin away I can't wait another day I think I'm givin' in Though I'd love to hold you tight Oh wo, be with you tonight But that still won't make it right 'cause I belong to him Oh way down deep inside I know that it's all wrong Your eyes keep tempting me and I never was that strong.
Oh devil's got me now Oh wo, gone and got me now I can't fight him anyhow I think he's gonna win. Heaven's just a sin away Oh wo, just a sin away Heaven help me when I say I think I'm givin' in

As Tears Go By Rolling Stones Lotto parody: I plot my numbers everyday For every game that I play When I see the jackpots hit They go to a quick pick I sit and watch the quick picks win....... Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.
There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers. | | |
