So disgusted right now i want to break something. went to the store cashed some winners and got 20 GRTs and 15 Jubilees. GRT returned $240 and jubilee $230. Now in the midst of this i went back in the store then back to my car to scratch. I had shoved a wad of money in my pocket along with tickets - about $400+ dollars

Somewhere along the money must of fell out as i realized it was missing when back in the store. I looked everywhere and could not find it. I was about to throw a fit and call the police but I didnt. It was some crummy kwik stop with no surveilance so whats the use ?

In total Im out nearly a thousand dollars. Money aside, I just have the most sickening feeling right now. Im viewing the lottery as scraping the bottom of the barrel, never getting nothing useful and just wasted time + money.

An article in the paper a few days ago told how state lotteries are losing funds and are 'cutting back' costs. Might this mean cutting back winners ? Incredibly it noted  both PA and Fla. Both states face losing revenue to the ever growing amount of casinos.

Furthermore, the algorithms are becoming ever so predictable on the GRT's. You can tell just by the # scheme that this ticket will be a loser or rather this whole book will be cold. I noticed the other day on the newer issues of Jubilee as well, and of course the roll returned an abysmal $225. It seems to me that random #s - no patterns = the roll will be a good one. I dread seeing those 10 and 30 and 23 33 but only needing a 20 or a 22 or 32. Its 1 off on every ticket. That winning roll of FMC I had some weeks ago had none of that crap. Coincidence ?

Cool neighbor! I remember reading about those wins! Don't get me wrong I'm happy for those winners but so frustrated at the same time. The only place I play in Clay is typically at the Oakleaf Plantation Publix, which is my neighborhood, or the Murphy's (WM) on Branan Field.

<snip> James, sorry to hear this! No worse feeling than losing money like that! If it's encouraging maybe soon you'll hit a big one to make your loss look like chump change!

Dont think so. There was one guy who kept getting in my way when i scratched a few tickets at the lotto stand and he kept looking over my shoulder and then pretending to get a pencil or play slip when i acknowledged his presence. Now I remember he even asked 'any luck' i told him no (wanted to say mind your own business) and went to my car to finish scratching. yeah i guess i might of dropped the money right there?

Id love to hit a big one and tell the lotto press conference that ticket odds are getting worse and worse and you have to buy many many rolls to get 1 decent winner. wonder if they would publish that. ha !

Funny, I buy my tickets there very often as well. Speaking of Oakleaf, a lady won $10,000 at that Publix on GRT when it released, and another lad won $5,000 on the $10 Lucky for Life a few weeks ago at the Brannonfield Publix. I've never gotten any decent wins at the BP Oakleaf or the Golden Ox liquor store. Publix has been where all my good wins came from

Hey James sorry about your losing some cash - that's a bummer. My luck has changed DRASTICALLY playing GRT - went thru a roll and got back $195 !!! That's right ----- $195. Then I played 12 ticks from 6 different places and got back around $510 !!! I can't believe how its changed in the past few days. These were all brand new rolls. You might be right James about Fl pulling back winners. In all the years I've played this has been the absolute WORST !!! I'll usually snag a nugget or $500 every now and then buying way less tickets. I've talked to a few guys here winning $1K on Jubilee last week but the  last bunch I bought just the other day got me only a few $20's. Something doesn't smell right ! I wonder if any other players here in Fl have noticed a big change in the past few days from new rolls ?

The only good news I heard was at Publix this morning where someone won $500 on a new issue $5 ticket - maybe GRT is washed up or dead rolls are being sent here all of a sudden - ?

James1 that sucks ass. I agree with hifi. I have dropped money many times getting

out of the car and it fell between the seat and the door jamb if that is the right thing

to call it. The way you talk of that guy though , he might have seen you drop it in the

store and snatched it up. If he did maybe he will get hit by a bus walking home while clutching

a winning ticket and you will drive by and see him - then snatch the cash back and grab the

winning ticket to. Off to the lottery office you go to cash your big winner and then tell the

Florida lottery to suck it. I know this is a long shot to happen but maybe the thought of it

made you feel better for a minute. If he saw you drop it and snatched it up then karma will

                            take care of him.

Purchased a Play4™ at Racetrac and got $1 Play with my Y.O.B. 1-9-8-3 Both Straight and Straight/Box 24-Way, With the 3 day play, On Tuesday (Day 2) the numbers drawn was 8184 and had 2 numbers 1-Off (8) for 9 and (4) for 3, didn't win squat, If they had a 1-Off for Play 4™, That would be nice!

I contacted the Florida Lottery™ about creating a $25 Scratch-Off for Next Year's 25th Annivesary of the Florida Lottery™, If they contact me about the consideration of a $25 ticket, I would have them call it "Silver Anniversary"

They made a $5 The Price is Right Ticket, why not create a "Press Your Luck" "Jeopardy" "Family Feud" and a "Minute to win it ticket"

Until next time, May you choose your numbers and win some big COLD HARD MOOLAHCool

Wow, did you play it tonight? Tonight's numbers were 8319.....  hope you hit it!!!  I have to post my picture still of a $500 winner on Jubilee. Got it last Sunday and haven't posted it yet! I've seen all the crazy hits lately though. Lucki, Lottoforever, Skeptic, etc...
