So disgusted right now i want to break something. went to the store cashed some winners and got 20 GRTs and 15 Jubilees. GRT returned $240 and jubilee $230. Now in the midst of this i went back in the store then back to my car to scratch. I had shoved a wad of money in my pocket along with tickets - about $400+ dollars
Somewhere along the money must of fell out as i realized it was missing when back in the store. I looked everywhere and could not find it. I was about to throw a fit and call the police but I didnt. It was some crummy kwik stop with no surveilance so whats the use ?
In total Im out nearly a thousand dollars. Money aside, I just have the most sickening feeling right now. Im viewing the lottery as scraping the bottom of the barrel, never getting nothing useful and just wasted time + money.
An article in the paper a few days ago told how state lotteries are losing funds and are 'cutting back' costs. Might this mean cutting back winners ? Incredibly it noted both PA and Fla. Both states face losing revenue to the ever growing amount of casinos.
Furthermore, the algorithms are becoming ever so predictable on the GRT's. You can tell just by the # scheme that this ticket will be a loser or rather this whole book will be cold. I noticed the other day on the newer issues of Jubilee as well, and of course the roll returned an abysmal $225. It seems to me that random #s - no patterns = the roll will be a good one. I dread seeing those 10 and 30 and 23 33 but only needing a 20 or a 22 or 32. Its 1 off on every ticket. That winning roll of FMC I had some weeks ago had none of that crap. Coincidence ?
James, not really much I can say other than I'm sorry that happened to you. That's a terrible feeling when you lose something valuable like that and you know that somebody found it, etc... sorry to hear that. About the losing algorithms, I agree about the "one-off" pattern. Seems that if you have "winning numbers of 38 and 29, for instance, you'll see in the play area, side by side, the numbers 39 and 28, etc....I've noticed that too.

Purchased a Play4™ at Racetrac and got $1 Play with my Y.O.B. 1-9-8-3 Both Straight and Straight/Box 24-Way, With the 3 day play, On Tuesday (Day 2) the numbers drawn was 8184 and had 2 numbers 1-Off (8) for 9 and (4) for 3, didn't win squat, If they had a 1-Off for Play 4™, That would be nice!
I contacted the Florida Lottery™ about creating a $25 Scratch-Off for Next Year's 25th Annivesary of the Florida Lottery™, If they contact me about the consideration of a $25 ticket, I would have them call it "Silver Anniversary"
They made a $5 The Price is Right Ticket, why not create a "Press Your Luck" "Jeopardy" "Family Feud" and a "Minute to win it ticket"
Until next time, May you choose your numbers and win some big COLD HARD MOOLAH
For the 25th anniversary, the Florida Lottery will probably be bringing back the first scratch off game they had, called Millionaire, which was a $1 game with a $1 million top prize. They may update it, change the prizes or ticket price. The latest Flamingo Forum included some sample ads and commercials for the return of the Millionaire game which had a "Back to the Future" theme...

Hey skeptic what do you mean about the FL Lottery pulling back winners? Sorry to hear what happened James I hope that you find that money.
James mentioned Fl was one of the states lacking lottery funds ? And wondered if they were cutting back winners ? Yet I see on the Fl Lottery site they brag about setting new sales records. All I know is I just lost my fanny big time on GRT - two rolls gave me $250 and less than $200. Around 80 random ticks from several different locations only gave me about 20% back. This is in the last two days. I never had such rotten luck with GRT - usually I'd get a nugget or $500 with this amount of buys. A couple days ago I did great - so are they all of a sudden sending dud rolls or what ?

Thought it was odd the florida lotto website would advertise two scratch-off games with only 1 top prize remaining on the front page. Big turn off. Trying to figure out what games i'll play there soon.

Thanks LUCKI723 !!
Yesterday I posted the TERRIBLE results I've been having with GRT since April 4th - I wanted to see if things might have changed, so this morning I went thru another roll and wound up with a measley $185 !!! Same thing yesterday - the day before too. Went through WAY TOO MANY ticks - over 120 random at different places the past 3days and didn't get more than one or two $50's - about 20% back. Lotta $20's with the $15 coin stack and $5...... NEVER ever had it this bad - couple guys I know who play GRT said the same thing - they got skunked bad the past few days. Are we all of a sudden getting crappy rolls or they are running out of decent prizes ?? Wonder if anyone else is having better GRT results ? I've had great luck with them from issue date up until April 4th. Sometimes I'd just buy 10 and get a nugget or $500 - looks like those days are gone.

Sorry to hear about the bad streak. I was wondering about the GRT- can you get multiple nuggets on a ticket? Also on another note, why does PA's 20 dollar ticket top prize a million? Thats bs

Thats unfortunate Ed. However I think you could of missed a winner or a # because its impossible to get a return ending with a $5 cause the winners are all even #s. I know ive missed winning tickets before and only caught them when i went back and scratched the code on all tickets just to be sure.

I must have pressed a 5 key by mistake - shoulda been 180. Yeah I know they add up to an even amount but with these crappy results what's the difference even or odd LOL. Talked to a guy down the street from me who plays GRT - he said he hasn't played 'em for over a week and told me he got two $1k's on Jubliee this past week.

Once again I have never won more than $100 on this game. I have yet to see a nugget on this game, I think you are doing great with this game.
Also to see a point that james1 made - That it is looking predictable once you start scratching and see you are off by 1 number and they dance around the winning number by 1. I automatically know this ticket is a loser. I am going to slow down a bit.

Bought a $20 Jubilee from 7-11 last night #001 and lost. Was trying to figure which game I wanted to play tonight, so I went back to the same 7-11 and the roll was on #002. Nobody bought a ticket off that roll all day! So I bought 5 of them, will post results and pic if its $100 or more.
