Yes, I owned my own business for 10 years, I owned a bingo hall and had 17 employees. Would be nice to get those days back, Awesome thread Jade.

I would have to go with a non profit business to help people police officers/ fire fighters who medical coverage doesn't cover their injuries or people who have freak accidents that need help providing for their families.

Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing.

I'd like to get back to the Reservation and start some kind of Tech business for Tribe members.

Give them a chance to get in to the technical field; be it Art Design, Programming, Web Design, Career Development, etc.

Hell Yea. Carpenters to build the new garage. Landscapers to cut the grass. Autobody shops to restore old cars. Also need someone to finish splitting my wood pile. It's alot of work.

Although currently self-employed in the service industry, with a major win I would very much like to start a volunteer/paid employee organization in

my community to reach out to needing seniors, families and distressed individuals who require financial and employment assistance.

As a big lover of all animals, giving back to all area ASPCA and animal shelters in the form of donations and increasing their labor force would also

be very high on my list.

Yes, someone will need to fill the one that I had.

I have given that some thought, and I'm not really sure what I would do. I don't really want to be a landlord and I know I don't have a very good business sense (two failed ones in my past) so I'm just not sure what I could do to create jobs.

I've often thought of going to the local grocery store and paying for some peoples groceries or filling up the gas tank for some people, but I would like to do that anonymously. It presents some problems.

I think my wife would want to start a dog rescue, so that might be where we create some jobs.

The only jobs I would create is thru my consumer purchases.

As far as having my own buisness again with employees NO. Been there and done that. To much gov't in your face having your own buisness.

Numbers are where you find them.

With a large enough jackpot, would like to learn more about venture capital and funding start-ups, inventors, and small businesses. But only after having enough in regular investments.

Winning a lottery jackpot doesn't educate one on starting a successful business that create jobs. There are plenty of people with money already looking to invest in a potential successful business venture.

* you don't need to buy every combination, just the winning ones *

I have read a few lottery winner stories where they have invested in buisness ventures and lost it all. It takes more than money to have your own buisness.

For some time I thought about becoming a lottery retailer, but that doesn't pay the rent, I believe.
Now, you can play online, and I hardly go to a retailer. You often meet people that you don't want to meet.

I have as well!!!

Just throwing money into a business venture is extremely risky. If your a Warren Buffet type then go for it. Otherwise leave it to the experienced

entrepreneurial types, that know what the hell they are getting into. Simply having money doesn't suddenly increase your money I.Q.
